Instructor slots are assigned on a first come first serve based on the timestamp of the email. Emails asking questions or discussions on the process result in delaying or missing the assignment of the desired slot. If you feel you are being treated unfair, please escalate it to the programs director on the PMI-OC board.

This example provides us with what type of instructor, what subject, where and when. This makes it easy to assign you to a slot. To make it even better, provide 2 additional classes in case someone has requested the slot you are interested in.

The class dates and subjects are prearranged and we generally do not modify them. We feel that each PMP should be able to teach every subject competently enough to pass the test. While we recognize that some people have a higher teaching skills, our agenda is to help everyone improve their presentation skills.

We view co-instructors are a critical part of the program, helping to enhance their skills. We view using the co-instructor effectively and helping them to participate in the teaching experience an important part of the Lead instructors responsibility.
